We’ve trained all our lives, but six years ago climbing became everything. And with that, we started to see the reality of the sport. Injuries are everywhere.

Climbing is at the core of what we do, but we’ve always pushed ourselves across different things. Running, gym training, hiking, swimming. It’s never been just one sport for us, it’s a way of life.

Through it, we’ve met some incredible people. But we’ve also seen the other side. Friends struggling with injuries, constant pain, or having to step away from the sports they love. And if we’re honest, we’ve started to feel it ourselves too.

Most sports nutrition is built around muscles. But for people like us, it’s your tendons, ligaments, and joints that take the real strain.

We wanted something better.

That’s why we created Crux. A blend of collagen, carbs, and vitamins designed for real training and real strain.

We’re self funded and building this from the ground up. This isn’t a big corporate brand. It’s just us, trying to create something we believe in.
